Welk type van stedenbouwkundige vergunning moet u indienen? Welke regels moet u naleven? Is de stabiliteit voldoende? Deze vergunning laat toe de integratie van het project in zijn omgeving te controleren, alsook zijn impact op de buurt en zijn conformiteit met de geldende reglementering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de meeste gevallen is voor dit soort projecten een stedenbouwkundige vergunning met een architect nodig. Het verhoogde gedeelte wordt dan gemeenschappelijk. Hout wordt in vijf \u201cduurzaamheidsklassen\u201d ingedeeld : klasse 1 (zeer duurzaam), klasse 2 (duurzaam), klasse 3 (matig duurzaam), klasse 4 (weinig duurzaam) en tot slot klasse 5 (niet duurzaam).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>Houtsoorten met een <strong>natuurlijke hoge duurzaamheid<\/strong> (houtklasse 1 en 2) kunnen zonder aanvullende behandeling gebruikt worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onder deze houtsoorten zijn een groot aantal welbekende exotische boomsoorten en enkele <strong>inheemse<\/strong> boomsoorten, zoals de robinia in klasse 1 en de tamme kastanjelaar in klasse 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel minder aanbevolen, kan het hout uit klasse 3 ook gebruikt worden op voorwaarde dat het geen rechtstreeks contact heeft met de vloer. Onder de <strong>inheemse boomsoorten<\/strong> vindt men in klasse 3 de eik en de lork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het<strong> hout van klasse 4 of 5<\/strong> moet verplicht een professionele verduurzaming ondergaan, proces dat bijkomende duurzaamheid wil geven aan een houtsoort die van nature niet duurzaam genoeg is voor de situatie waarin het wordt toegepast. Ze hebben geen verduurzaming nodig, wat hun mogelijkheid tot recycleren zou veranderen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vermijd vernissen of beitsen<\/strong> die een negatieve impact op het milieu hebben; als een oppervlakte-afwerking echt nodig is, geef dan de voorkeur aan natuurlijke producten met een ecolabel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>informeer u over de <strong>oorsprong van het hout<\/strong>, kies voor FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) of PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes)-gelabeld hout, deze organismen controleren of het geleverde hout afkomstig is van duurzaam beheerde bossen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-text-image homegrade-blocks-text-image\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-text-image__column homegrade-blocks-text-image__column--text\">\n<p>Verschillende merken bieden vandaag hout <strong>behandeld bij hoge temperatuur<\/strong> (geretificeerd hout) aan, waarbij de chemische samenstelling van het hout gewijzigd wordt om zijn dimensionele stabiliteit en zijn duurzaamheid te verhogen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit proc\u00e9d\u00e9 heeft als voordeel dat een groter aantal inheemse boomsoorten (beuk, es, Europese den) voor buiten kan gebruikt worden, en dit zonder een bijkomende behandeling. class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">Het onderhoud<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoals voor elk plat dak is het aanbevolen een dakterras tweemaal per jaar te reinigen: na de herfst worden de dode bladeren verwijderd en de waterafvoer gereinigd, en na de winter controleert men de waterafvoer, de afvoerbuizen&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De terrasbedekking vergt weinig onderhoud; het volstaat deze te bespuiten met water en te borstelen om het vuil te verwijderen dat gladheid kan veroorzaken. Het gebruik van een hogedrukreiniger is geschikt voor bedekkingen in beton of steen (behalve tegenaanwijzing van de fabrikant), maar is niet aangeraden voor hout, want een te krachtige straal kan de houtvezels aantasten en de materie beschadigen. Het is niet nodig om detergenten te gebruiken, temeer daar deze vaak te agressief en schadelijk voor het milieu zijn.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"post-content-container-11835\" class=\"post-content-container has-custom-anchor\" data-related-id=\"11835\">\n\t<h2 class=\"post-content-container__title\">Een borstwering plaatsen<\/h2>\n\t\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">De veiligheidsnorm van de borstweringen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De norm NBN B 03\u2013004 \u201cBorstweringen van gebouwen\u201d bevat de veiligheidsvoorschriften betreffende de hoogte van de borstweringen en de afstand tussen de stangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-aside homegrade-blocks-aside\"><p class=\"aside-content\">Een <strong>norm<\/strong> is geen wet met verplichtend karakter maar een verwijzing naar \u201cgoede praktijken\u201d. Ze wordt dus vrijwillig toegepast maar kan worden opgelegd door een contract of een lastenboek.<\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze \u201cwordt toegepast\u201d3 als de valhoogte hoger dan 1m is en stipuleert dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de <strong>borstweringen waarvan de bovenreling<\/strong> zich op meer dan 12m van het lager liggend oppervlak bevindt, een minimumhoogte van 1,20m moeten hebben;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de <strong>andere borstweringen<\/strong> een totale hoogte hebben vanaf de vloer (H) van minimum 1,10m, en een hoogte vanaf een eventuele steun (Hr) van minimum 90cm. Deze voorschriften worden naar beneden herzien voor borstweringen met een dikte van 20cm;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de<strong> afstand tussen de stangen<\/strong> beperkt is tot 11cm voor borstweringen samengesteld uit verticale staven, en beperkt tot 18cm voor deze samengesteld uit horizontale staven (behalve in de zone tussen 11 en 45cm die meer gesloten moet zijn en geen kubus van 2 cm2 mag
