Het wordtafgebakenddoordewandenincontactmetdebuitenomgevingen\/ofincontactmetdegrondofniet verwarmde volumes. \" data-definition-id=\"19909\" data-tooltip-word=\"Beschermde volume\" class=\"tooltip-word\">verwarmde volume<\/button> leidt automatisch tot een vermindering van het energieverbruik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze techniek is <strong>goedkoper<\/strong> dan isolatie van hellende daken, vooral vanwege het kleinere te isoleren oppervlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze optie is <strong>eenvoudig uit te voeren<\/strong> en wordt meestal gekozen wanneer u de werkzaamheden zelf wilt uitvoeren. Een ander voordeel van deze techniek is dat de werkzaamheden binnen het gebouw worden uitgevoerd en dus onafhankelijk zijn van de weersomstandigheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De zoldervloer isoleren wordt afgeraden wanneer zich technische apparaten op zolder bevinden (verwarmingsketel, ventilatiegroep, boiler\u2026). Enerzijds is het af te raden om de ge\u00efsoleerde vloer te doorboren met leidingen of buizen, omdat dit <button data-definition-id=\"4744\" data-tooltip-definition=\"De koudebrug is de zone van de gebouwschil waar de isolatie zwakker is en een gemakkelijkere doorgang aan warmte biedt. De koudebrug, of bouwknoop, is een koud punt waar waterdamp kan condenseren.\" data-tooltip-word=\"Koudebrug\" class=\"tooltip-word\">koudebruggen<\/button> en risico\u2019s van <button data-definition-id=\"11475\" data-tooltip-definition=\"Het overgaan van waterdamp in de lucht van een gasvormige toestand naar een vloeibare toestand bij contact met koude wanden.\" data-tooltip-word=\"Condensatie\" class=\"tooltip-word\">condensatie<\/button> zou veroorzaken. <strong>afwerking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight--classic\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__titling \"><div class=\"icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"icon__image\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het dampscherm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Het dampscherm is een folie of een OSB (Oriented Strand Board). Het wordt altijd tegen de isolatie geplaatst, aan de warme kant, zonder <strong>luchtlaag<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het dampscherm<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zorgt voor luchtdichtheid, d.w.z. het voorkomt de circulatie van lucht van de binnenkant naar de buitenkant van de muur. Dit beperkt het warmteverlies dat gepaard gaat met deze ongecontroleerde luchtstromen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beperkt de migratie van waterdamp door de lagen waaruit de vloer bestaat en dus het risico van inwendige condensatie. Deze laatste zou permanent vochtige zones in de muur cre\u00ebren, waardoor de thermische prestaties van de isolatie zouden verminderen en in sommige gevallen de muur zou worden aangetast (bijvoorbeeld: schimmel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight--classic\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__titling \"><div class=\"icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"icon__image\" src=\"https:\/\/homegrade.brussels\/wp-content\/plugins\/homegrade-blocks\/blocks\/highlight\/src\/img\/icon_info.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><h3 class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__block-title\"><strong>Dampdoorlaatbaarheid: \u00b5, d en Sd<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__content\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__content__innerblocks\">\n<p><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\"><strong>\u00b5<\/strong> <\/mark><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">(\u00ab mu \u00bb)<\/mark> <\/strong>geeft de waterdampdoorlaatbaarheid van een materiaal weer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hoeveelheid waterdamp die zich verspreidt doorheen een bepaald materiaal hangt niet alleen af van de <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">\u00b5<\/mark><\/strong>-waarde van het materiaal, maar ook van de dikte <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">d<\/mark><\/strong> (uitgedrukt in meter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De equivalente diffusiedikte <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">\u03bc<sub>d<\/sub><\/mark> of <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">S<sub>d<\/sub><\/mark><\/strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\"><strong> <\/strong><\/mark>uitgedrukt in meter) geeft de weerstand tegen waterdampdiffusie aan van een materiaal van een bepaalde dikte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">\u00b5<sub>d<\/sub> = \u00b5 x d<\/mark><\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hoe kleiner <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">\u00b5<sub>d<\/sub><\/mark> of <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-isolation-quotidien-color\">S<sub>d<\/sub><\/mark>, hoe dampopener het materiaal is.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<p>De waterdampdoorlaatbaarheid van het dampscherm wordt weergegeven in de <strong>\u03bc<sub>d<\/sub><\/strong>&#8212; of <strong>S<sub>d<\/sub><\/strong>-waarde. Deze waarde varieert van 2 m voor een dampscherm met hoge waterdampdoorlaatbaarheid en tot meer dan 200 m voor een dampscherm met lage doorlaatbaarheid. Wanneer de <strong>\u03bc<sub>d<\/sub><\/strong>-waarde klein is, spreekt men over het algemeen van een damprem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sommige dampschermen hebben een <strong>\u03bc<sub>d<\/sub><\/strong> -waarde die kan vari\u00ebren afhankelijk van de luchtvochtigheid en de temperatuur, gaande van 0,25 m tot meer dan 10 m. Dit wordt een <button data-tooltip-definition=\"De vochtgestuurde damprem is in de winter voldoende dampdicht om de migratie ervan naar het dakcomplex te beperken, en in de zomer voldoende doorlaatbaar om het drogen van de isolatie te bevorderen.\" data-definition-id=\"4829\" data-tooltip-word=\"Vochtgestuurde damprem\" class=\"tooltip-word\">vochtgestuurde damprem<\/button> genoemd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Momenteel bestaat er geen consensus over het niveau van doorlaatbaarheid (lage of hoge dampdoorlaatbaarheid) van het te plaatsen dampscherm. Alleen voor ruimtes met een hoge luchtvochtigheid en\/of onvoldoende ventilatie zijn specialisten het eens over het gebruik van een dampscherm dat weinig waterdampdoorlaatbaar is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aanbrengen van het dampscherm<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:70%\">\n<p>Ongeacht het gekozen dampscherm is het van groot belang dat de installatie zorgvuldig wordt uitgevoerd om een perfecte luchtdichtheid te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het dampscherm moet doorlopend worden geplaatst, zonder openingen of luchtzakken. Tussen de folies van het dampscherm, en tussen het dampscherm en de andere bouwelementen moeten dichte verbindingen gemaakt worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij de techniek <strong>\u00ab Isoleren op de houten of betonnen vloer \u00bb<\/strong>, wordt het dampscherm op de vloer geplaatst voordat de isolatie wordt aangebracht. Het wordt gevouwen en hermetisch loodrecht aangebracht op de omringende muren over de hoogte van het isolatiecomplex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het dampscherm is essentieel, behalve wanneer de vloer zelf perfect lucht- en dampdicht is (bijvoorbeeld: betontegel zonder openingen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij de techniek <strong>\u00ab Isoleren in de dikte van de houten structuur langs onder \u00bb<\/strong>, wordt het dampscherm tegen de isolatie geplaatst, aan de warme kant. Het wordt gevouwen en hermetisch aangebracht op de bovenzijde van de muren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij de techniek <strong>\u00ab Isoleren in de dikte van de houten structuur langs boven \u00bb<\/strong>, wordt het dampscherm in de bestaande houten structuur geplaatst voordat de isolatie wordt aangebracht. koudebruggen te beperken en luchtstromen in de isolatie te voorkomen, is het raadzaam om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de isolatie doorlopend en zonder luchtzakken te plaatsen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de hulpstructuren te kruisen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de voegen van de verschillende isolatielagen te doen verspringen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De afwerking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aanbrengen van de vloerafwerking<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de vloerafwerking wordt de isolatie beschermd (tegen knaagdieren, mogelijke waterinfiltratie\u2026) en wordt een luchtdichte afsluiting verkregen om het risico van tocht in het isolatiecomplex te beperken. Deze zouden aanzienlijke warmteverliezen veroorzaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vloerafwerking, of het nu gaat om panelen of een soepele folie, moet dampdoorlatend zijn om het risico van condensatie in de isolatie te beperken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze wordt doorlopend op de harde isolatie of op de hulpstructuur geplaatst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>De vloerplaten<\/strong> (bijvoorbeeld in houtvezel) worden gebruikt om lasten te verdelen en een begaanbaar oppervlak te cre\u00ebren (daktoegang, opslagruimte\u2026). De oorzaken van de infiltratie moeten worden weggewerkt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De bestaande vloerconstructie inspecteren op stabiliteit en gezondheid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(barsten, insecten,zwammen en vocht). Isolatie zorgt voor een extra belasting. Het is aanbevolen een stabiliteitsingenieur in te schakelen om te bepalen of de draagstructuur moet worden versterkt of vervangen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle eventuele bijkomende werken uitvoeren zoals het slopen van ongebruikte schoorstenen, het aanpassen van de schacht voor het toegangsluik naar de zolder\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leidingen en kabels integreren in de bestaande houten structuur. Bij een betonnen vloer kunnen ze op de vloer gelegd worden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rookkanaal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rookkanalen vereisen speciale aandacht om het brandgevaar te beperken, aangezien zij verbrandingsgassen met een hoge temperatuur naar buiten voeren. Om te zorgen voor geluidsisolatie tegen luchtgeluid is het namelijk noodzakelijk dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de isolatie soepel, halfhard of los is, met een open celstructuur, wollig of schuimig (bijvoorbeeld: plantaardige, dierlijke en minerale wol).
