Deze dienst heeft Homegrade de opdracht gegeven om een inventaris van historische liften op te stellen, die als basis dient voor de afgifte van de attesten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">Termijnen voor modernisering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De termijnen voor modernisering die worden opgelegd door <strong>de<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejustice.just.fgov.be\/cgi_loi\/change_lg.pl?language=fr&amp;la=F&amp;cn=2003030952&amp;table_name=loi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">federale wetgeving<\/a> <strong>betreffende de beveiliging van liften (koninklijk besluit van 9 maart 2003)<\/strong> vari\u00ebren naargelang u al dan niet over dit attest beschikt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Met attest \u2013 31 december 2027<\/strong>:&nbsp;Liften met bewezen historische waarde genieten van een extra termijn om aan de eisen te voldoen (uiterlijk 31 december 2027 met een moderniseringsplan v\u00f3\u00f3r 31 december 2025) en moderniseringsoplossingen die aangepast zijn aan hun erfgoedkenmerken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zonder attest&nbsp;\u2013 31 december 2023<\/strong>: Historische liften die niet zijn opgenomen in de inventaris en nog geen attest hebben, moeten uiterlijk op 31 december 2023 gemoderniseerd en goedgekeurd zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight homegrade-blocks-highlight--classic\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__titling \"><div class=\"icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,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\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><h3 class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__block-title\">Opname in de inventaris<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__content\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-highlight__content__innerblocks\">\n<p>Vraag zonder uitstel de opname in de inventaris en een attest van historische waarde aan via ons online formulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/homegrade.brussels\/nl\/inventaris-aanvraagformulier\/\">Aanvraagformulier voor de opname in de inventaris<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Door de opname in <strong>de inventaris van historische liften<\/strong> en <strong>het attest van erkenning van de historische waarde<\/strong> is het mogelijk om op maat gemaakte beveiligingsmaatregelen te overwegen ter bescherming van dit erfgoed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De modernisering is altijd verplicht, ongeacht de historische waarde van de lift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opname in de inventaris houdt geen nieuwe wettelijke verplichtingen in<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>maar geeft geen recht op een subsidie voor modernisering, tenzij de oude lift beschermd is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"questions-container-4561\" class=\"questions-container-block\">\n\t<h2 class=\"questions-container-block__title\">Hoe kan ik een oude lift moderniseren?<\/h2>\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-text-image homegrade-blocks-text-image\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-text-image__column homegrade-blocks-text-image__column--text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">Risicoanalyse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De modernisering houdt onder meer in <strong>dat een risicoanalyse wordt uitgevoerd door een Externe Dienst voor Technische Controle (EDTC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze analyse worden de ernstigste risico\u2019s belicht, waarvoor het toestel moet worden stilgelegd en onmiddellijke werkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd, evenals de risico\u2019s waarvoor een modernisering op langere termijn noodzakelijk is. Ze beschrijft enkele tientallen risico\u2019s en &#8220;type-oplossingen&#8221; om ze te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-text-image__column homegrade-blocks-text-image__column--image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/homegrade.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/obligation-modernisation-ascenseur-ancien.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"homegrade-blocks-components-image homegrade-blocks-components-image--square-ratio\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Enkel voor liften met een attest van historische waarde kunnen de versoepelingen en alternatieve oplossingen voor bepaalde kritieke aspecten (fragiel kooidak, open schacht, vouwhek) geraadpleegd worden op de website van de FOD Economie (<a href=\"https:\/\/economie.fgov.be\/nl\/publicaties\/risicoanalyse-van-een-lift\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zie de bijlage aan de procedure voor de uitvoering van de risicoanalyse van een lift<\/a>). Zo zijn elektronische oplossingen nu wettelijk toegestaan en kunnen ze worden toegepast om het openen van de liftkooi, de open schachten, de voorkant en de bordesdeuren van liften te beveiligen.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"questions-container-4562\" class=\"questions-container-block\">\n\t<h2 class=\"questions-container-block__title\">Oude lift ; wat moet ik nu doen?<\/h2>\n\t\n<div class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-text-image homegrade-blocks-text-image\"><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-text-image__column homegrade-blocks-text-image__column--image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/homegrade.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ascenceur-ancien-reconnaissance-valeur-historique.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"homegrade-blocks-components-image homegrade-blocks-components-image--original-ratio\"\/><\/div><div class=\"homegrade-blocks-text-image__column homegrade-blocks-text-image__column--text\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">Beveiliging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiterlijk op <strong>31 december 2025<\/strong> moet u met uw liftspecialist een moderniseringsplan overeenkomen, inclusief een overeenkomst<br>om de werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Op basis van het verslag van de risicoanalyse door de EDTC, zal dit plan (of gedetailleerde offerte) de veiligheidsmaatregelen beschrijven die voor uw lift moeten worden toegepast en de verschillende fasen van hun implementatie. <br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Het geeft een totaaloverzicht van de verschillende uit te voeren ingrepen en maakt het mogelijk om hun compatibiliteit te beoordelen (met name voor het bestuderen van elektronische oplossingen). Deze ingrepen moeten zo worden uitgevoerd dat de erfgoedkenmerken van uw lift zoveel mogelijk worden gerespecteerd. Aarzel niet om Homegrade hierover om advies te vragen. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de meest complexe historische liften moet een modernisering op maat worden overwogen, vooral als u gebruik wilt maken van elektronische oplossingen.
