Controleer dus eerst of het bestaande dichtingsmembraan geen blazen, barsten, scheuren of andere verouderingsverschijnselen vertoont. Zorg voor afschroefbare planken of demonteerbare vloerstenen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">De toegang controleren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om toegang te hebben tot het terras moet u misschien een drempel aanpassen of een venster tot een glazen deur omvormen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De details van de terrasdrempel moeten goed bestudeerd worden. is of het dak van de bijvolumes) als \u201c<strong>gemene delen<\/strong>\u201d beschouwd, tenzij anders vermeld in de basisakte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een dak als terras gebruiken impliceert dus het akkoord van de mede-eigendom, die een \u201c<strong>erfdienstbaarheid van gebruik<\/strong>\u201d moet toekennen en dit in de basisakte registreren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
