class=\"wp-block-homegrade-content-blocks-content-heading homegrade-blocks-custom-heading\">Isoleren op de houten of betonnen vloer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze eenvoudig toe te passen techniek bestaat uit het plaatsen van soepele of harde isolatie op een bestaande vloer (houten of betonnen vloer) zonder in te grijpen in de afwerking van de benedenverdieping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 Deze techniek brengt te veel risico&#8217;s van condensatie en <button data-tooltip-definition=\"De koudebrug is de zone van de gebouwschil waar de isolatie zwakker is en een gemakkelijkere doorgang aan warmte biedt. Bovendien kunt u zo niet profiteren van de <button data-tooltip-definition=\"Vermogen van een materiaal om warmte op te slaan en geleidelijk weer af te geven. Deze eigenschap verbetert het comfort: in de zomer wordt oververhitting voorkomen en in de winter worden schommelingen in de binnentemperatuur beperkt.
